Garden Centre Till and Desk

A bespoke design a manufactured till point and customer service desk designed to meet the customers requirements

Client: Minshulls Garden Centre Client Description: Local medium sized independent garden centre

Customer Brief: Issues with customer flow and the store layout were causing problems at the till and store exit causing customer congestion and making store security an issue, a new layout and till location was required along with a new customer service desk.

Challenge: To provide new store layout and a till solution that would provide adequate space for the tills along with a new customer service area, the finished unit must we elevated off the floor and have moisture resistant plinths, finished within the Garden centre brand and colour schemes, all compliant with the Equality Act 2010, All installation and changes to the store layout to be done out of store opening ours to eliminate and disruption to the everyday working of the garden centre

Solution: Reworking the existing shelving layout to amend the customer flow issues and create additional space for the new till points and desk, A new double till point unit with a low level section for disabled access was designed using moisture resistant timber along with a metal levelling feet to ensure a perfectly level surface, The colour and materials were chosen to fit in line with the customers branding along with a new Acrylic logo fixed to the front the main till unit.
